I needed some help with attaching a new bathroom faucet to the existing drain. It was 50 year old construction so it was not done to today's standards. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in designing a creative solution for the connection.

Way better than home Depot or other big box hardware stores. Pricing is fair.
Miles are very wide and clean.
Plenty of knowledgeable staff to assist you with you every need .. Not like it other large stores where you have to chase around representatives and they don't know anything about what you're doing.
Hours are great, parking is easy and you never have any issues with customer service nor do you have to wait very long for the always very friendly staff to assist.

I shop Valu as often as possible as opposed to the bigger home improvement stores. Recently, I made a large special order purchase. Every employee was kind and patient and caring. Jake the assistant manager was enthusiastic, helpful and just over all a great person to deal with. When I went there to pick up my order, I was greeted by first name with smiles by several employees. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend supporting this business! Overall just great on every level of customer service!

Great little hardware store, well stocked. The staff are courteous and really helpful. I've been coming here for 20 years. The store is just right in the case of emergency repairs. Small enough to find things quickly, with essentials for plumbing, electrical, lawn care, painting etc. I recently needed an unusually fuse that is required for my heating system, a staff member found the item and I was on my way in ten minutes.
