This beach restaurant is absolutely delicious and a great spot to enjoy with your family. It has a mellow vibe during the first seating, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. Afterward, you can grab some sun beds and chill by the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous.

The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome. The food is amazing—the lobster pasta is a standout, the fish is super fresh, and the crudités are crisp and refreshing.

We’ve been here a few times and love it every single time. Highly recommended!

La Guérite Beach aesthetics was nice and pleasing to the eye. Our service could’ve been better we noticed that the waitress brought out our bread and that’s it but for other guest around us she placed the bread and prepared the olive oil plate for them. Also we asked about beach chairs and was told they were fully booked and the only option they had available was a cabana which was 300. We wanted to enjoy the beach so we went on a purchase a cabana, because it was my friend’s birthday. We noticed that the beach beds they claimed to be fully booked that were 100 was never occupied and we were there from 12pm-5:30pm. Also after checking our bank statements they over charged us. Drinks were extremely over priced it was 25 dollars for a margarita that comes in a regular cocktail glass. My chicken was underwhelming and my zucchini side was thin raw slices. It was not sautéed and flavorful. My friend’s lobster pasta was 150 once again extremely overpriced for the portion size.
I think the waitress could’ve did something nice for my friend’s birthday and for a 300 cabana it should’ve came with something.

I’d like to start by saying I have never left a review on a restaurant ever. I respect the F&B industry and believe in how important and difficult it may be. However, in my 50+ years of dining experience I have never had such a disappointing meal on such an important day. It seemed our waiter was under the influence, out of his mind, and more focused on his smoke breaks than pouring water. Let alone, the $1,000 magnum bottle of wine we purchased. It look 1.5 hours to receive water and bread. Appetizers took 2 hours along with constant reminders. We were not given utensils or napkins after multiple reminders and at least an hour + into service. When we did they were paper napkins from the bar when everyone else had cloth. When the food did arrive it had been 2.5+ hours, and ruined our future day plans (new years day). Every table in our section had a similar experience. Our waiter also left the restaurant during our dining experience and had to be replaced at the end. I hate writing this because as I have children in fine dining but I cannot hold my tongue on how abysmal this experience way. The bill was around 3k and I would’ve much rather thrown into the wind or given it to people who deserve it. Do not recommend and I really hope they can turn it around in the new year.

Let me start off by saying I have not been to France or Europe or yet, however I’ve always imagined that this is the closest thing to it. We Took an early morning ferry from Saint Maarten so we arrived as they were opening.
Everyone was super friendly, very accommodating.

I have not visited France or Europe yet, but I’m already deeply grateful for the love they put into their cuisine. We were served with some of the freshest bread I’ve ever tasted to pair with real fresh pressed olive oil and sea salt to enjoy. They even brought out fresh olives with the seeds in them to snack on. Now to some this may not be a big deal but I really appreciate the freshness of the ingredients.

My main dish was the Gnocchis A La Tomate Frachie and my wife ordered the Pates La Guerite which both were chefs kiss.

The entire staff was super nice and made sure enjoyed our dining experience.

After lunch we ordered bottle service and 2 day beds and enjoyed the remainder of the day swimming and laying out.

Absolutely one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

Oh, quel plaisir exquis de se retrouver entre riches, entre gens de goût, entre ceux qui savent. La qualité des plats et leur prix indécent ? Une barrière naturelle, presque darwinienne, qui filtre les âmes petites, celles qui s’illusionnent encore à vouloir "rentabiliser" leur argent par une assiette de qualité. Ce n’est pas ici que l’on vient pour "manger".

Qui, sérieusement, s’abaisse encore à voir la nourriture comme une finalité ? Le vrai chic, c’est de se glisser dans les toilettes entre deux verres de champagne tiède et une ligne bien sentie. Ce qui compte ici, c’est l’atmosphère, ce souffle d’éphémère teinté de boisson qui dévale les gosiers, cette douce promesse d’une autre joie que l’on trouve sous la table ou sur un yacht voisin.

À quoi s’attendent les masses, les naïfs, les prolos venus ici par accident ? Une tablée bruyante, leurs marmots collants en bout de table, à partager une paella ? Ici, on célèbre la fête, l’excès, l’entre-soi, et surtout, l’idée que ceux qui ne comprennent pas tout ça ne devraient jamais être là.
