I would do 6 stars if I could. I’ve been having issues with my ac and they came out at 8PM to service it. Super friendly and straight to the point. He’s been having several issues with his company vehicles and he still made it in this heat. Thank you!

AC went out on Sunday. Called for after hours service and Ben and Nathalie showed up at 10pm Monday night and diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running. They were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend and will use the again.

The people at Frye Heating and Air were fantastic! My mother-in-law's unit quit on a very hot day. I called at roughly 5pm expecting a day or two wait. Instead they offered a same day service for an extra fee. We were pleased to take them up on the offer. I reviewed a text letting me know they would arrive in approximately 15 minutes. They were right on time. The problem was quickly found but instead of fixing it and grabbing the payment and running, they took the extra time to clean the unit and prevent and more foreseeable issues. I highly recommend Frye Heating and Air!
