Helpful and friendly staff, (most) everything you would need from a local store, and super convenient hours. Really thankful for such a great local option.

I really love this store. I live in Darien, CT and will go out of my way if I'm anywhere in the vicinity. The people are great, very nice, and knowledgeable. You don't have to wait forever to talk to someone, and they have a great selection considering the size of the store compared to the big box stores. Most importantly, my dog loves it there, so how can I say no to that.

Really appreciate this place—great selection, helpful staff, and always a nicer experience than at the big chains down in Norwalk.

For a mid sized hardware store they have an amazing selection. Personnel very knowledgeable and attentive. I baught a chainsaw for my son in law and they spent a lot of time with him instructing in it's use and care and a very good safety briefing. Very personal and helpful where the big box stores only tell you the instructions are in the box, if that. They may not be able to always meet the big box store's prices but they usually make up the difference in other ways.

Always good on price, inventory and customer service. Plus they will gladly special order. With the Covid 19 situation, their customer service has been so outstanding that they have made difficult - easy.
